I am trying to finish a quilt for my elderly Aunt who is suffering with Cancer right now.
My plans for the following month is to start a wedding gift quilt for two of my closest friends and parents to my God daughter.

I have 2 cousins graduating from HS this month, one of these years I will be good and get their gifts done ahead of time. Oh well, I'll try again next year w/2 more cousins graduating! Then I get a break for a few years.

I have some pillow slip covers for my living room that I'm working on, a dress, and some bags cut out to wipe up when I get stuck on a another project. I think it works best for me to have several going at once.
I have quite a few projects on my plate for this month. I will be making summer clothing for my 3 youngest as well as try a quilt for the first time!

I will be working on a quilt along Quilts by Darlene. I am a little behind because my grandchildren are moving about 4 states away from me. I will also work on some curtains for our trailer with Amy Butler fabric. Having 12 chicks also keeps me busy along with our 10 adult hens!
I don't plan on doing a lot of sewing this month since most of my free time is going toward garden work, but I did just buy some zigzags to make a tote bag for a little girl.

I made a bed quilt as a present for my niece, just before she was born last year. I recently learnt that my sister feels bad about putting that on the floor for her to play on and is worried it will get spoilt, but doesn't like just putting her on the floor to play (she's 8 months old now so just starting to escape). My daughter and I are venturing into the kids clothes sewing realm. Her two boys are the loves of my life....but they are hard on clothes and growing like weeds.

I was recently inspired by the KCWC (Kids Clothing Week Challenge) and while I really should have got on board earlier, I never seem to be organised. So my challenge this month is just to make a couple of pieces for my children (Master 6 and Miss 4). I seem to always make loads of things for everyone else and my little owlets deserve something just for them! I'm also hoping to try some new patterns too. Yay!
This month I've got to finish up some camper cushions for my FIL, but then it is baby boy sewing time! He will be here in September.

I am a relatively new quilter/sewer. I've just finished the main part of the tops of two twin-size quilts for my twin nephews who are turning 5 at the end of June. Gosh, I have so many things to do this month! First, I'm participating in a Textile Artist Trading Card Swap over at Very Berry Handmade Blog. Next I have to quilt a Turning Twenty quilt that has been languishing in the cupboard for too long begging to be finished. I also have some Zakka style fabric storage boxes on the go, that are *almost* finished. I also want to make a bag with some gorgeous linen fabric I purchased at a recent quilt show. Phew! Not holding my breath at getting through it all - never mind, there's always next month :) Thanks for the chance to win this fabulous prize.

This month I am sitting with my grandmother...she is very ill and dying. I am hand stitching (EPP) an elongated hexi (aka coffin) quilt and filling it with so many beautiful memories of our times together. She is such a precious soul and she will be greatly missed. I guess you could say I am pouring a great deal of anticipatory grief into this project. Thanks for the giveaway!

I am curtains for my daughter's room.

Love the giveaway. I am finishing up a quilt for my mom's birthday this month and plan to make a few more roundabout bags.
I still need to finish the BOM's and challenges that I joines for this month and my work schedule at my job got a lot tighter now :'(
